This notice explains how Retail Navigator LLC processes and protects personal data submitted through this website.

We may process your name, phone number, email address, company, city, career or placement preferences, project parameters and message content. We may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, visited page and cookies.

• to respond to an enquiry, prepare an estimate or proposal, and contact you;
• to consider an application, maintain a candidate pool or arrange a placement;
• to send marketing messages only where separate, voluntary permission has been given;
• to protect the site and maintain reliable operation.

4. Processing and retention

We collect, organise, store, update, use, restrict and delete data using automated and non-automated means. Commercial enquiry data is kept until the purpose is met and then for no longer than three years unless law or contract requires longer. Candidate data may be retained for up to three years. Marketing permission remains valid until withdrawn.

5. Sharing and protection

Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers who need the information to operate the website, store enquiries or contact you. We do not sell personal data. Data relating to Russian citizens is handled in line with applicable Russian localisation and data-protection requirements.

6. Your rights

You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing projects@pkoperator.ru.

7. Cookies
