User consent terms

Before submitting a form, you actively provide the required permission to process personal data. Marketing permission is separate and optional.

Consent to personal-data processing

I freely authorise Retail Navigator LLC (Tax ID 7810681914; Primary State Registration Number 1177847156134) to process the information I enter in the form, including my name, phone number, email, company, city, career or placement details, project parameters and message content.

This permission is given so the company can respond to my enquiry, prepare an estimate or proposal, consider an application, include me in a candidate pool or organise a student placement, depending on the form used. It remains valid until the purpose is achieved, subject to the retention periods in the privacy notice, and can be withdrawn by emailing projects@pkoperator.ru.

Optional marketing permission

If I select the separate optional box, I agree to receive relevant messages about services, roles, projects, events and company news by phone or email. I can withdraw this permission at any time. Declining marketing does not affect my enquiry or application.
